摘要
本文调查了国内网上大学图书馆数字化参考咨询服务情况 ,对数字化参考咨询服务进行分析 ,指出目前我国数字化参考咨询服务存在一些问题 。
This paper researches the digital reference service of the civil academic libraries on the Internet,and then analyses some problems existing in the digital reference service,and put forward some suggestion to solve these problems.
