简述了网络环境下图书馆参考咨询服务的模式及特点,指出了现阶段我国图书馆网络参考咨询服务存在的问题,探讨了网络环境下图书馆参考咨询服务的发展策略。
This paper briefly discusses the modes and features of the reference service of the library in the network environment, points out the problems existing in the network reference service of our country＇s libraries in the current period, and puts forward some countermeasures for developing the reference service of the library in the network environment.
