摘要
此文研究、分析了紫外激光在挠性印制电路板外形加工方面的优势与特性。介绍了ASIDA UV激光切割机系统原理、工艺操作过程、所具有边缘光滑性优异和切割尺寸精度高的特点以及产品性能参数。
This thesis studies and analyzas the advantages and characteristics of ultra-violate laser used in shape processing of flexible printed circuit board. It introduces ASIDA UV cutting machine's working principle, operation technics and unique features of smooth edge and highly-precise cutting, as well as the product performance parameters.
