摘要
网络环境的普及对传统的参考咨询服务产生了较大影响,由此产生了不同的数字参考咨询服务方式。由于我国数字化参考咨询服务提出较晚,根据我国图书馆发展情况,本文在对数字化参考咨询的认识及方式的选择上提出了一些观点。
Popularization of network has greatly influenced the traditional reference services,so many different digital reference ways have emerged.Because digital reference services are put forward later in our country,according to the development of our country's library,this paper has raised a few new viewpoint about the choice of recognization and method of digital reference.
