随着信息技术与网络技术的发展,虚拟参考咨询比传统的参考咨询更需要参考馆员的智慧和知识。为此,从知识网 络的角度出发,探讨虚拟参考咨询的发展。
The virtual reference service is important for a library, especially under the IT and networked environment. It mostly depends on the librarians' wisdom and knowledge. This paper discusses the development of virtual reference service from the angle of knowledge network.
