摘要
本文描述了康宁木霉SK-47产木聚糖酶的最佳培养基组成:玉米芯粉4%、麸皮1%、硫酸铵0.25%、磷酸二氢钾0.2%、硫酸镁0.05%、氯化钙0.03%、碳酸钙0.3%、Tween-80 0.02%。以及部分培养条件的优化。
The paper described that the optimal culture medium which produced xylanase with SK -47 Trichoderma Koeingii was made up of corn cob powder 4% ,wheat bran 1% , （NH4 ）2SO4 0.25% ,KH2PO4 0.2% , MgSO4 0.05% , CaCl2 0.03% ,CaCO3 0.3% ,Tween -80 0.02% ,and parts of optimal culturing conditions.
