The comparison of the process for producing potassium sulfate and HCl simultaneously with the synthesis process of chorine andhydrogen for producing HC1 was made. The analysis results show that the process for producing potassium sulfate and HCl simultaneously has advantage and good effect in PVC production . The developmental prospect of the process has been looked ahead.
