摘要
介绍了三氯氢硅的生产原理及催化反应机理,阐述了沸腾氯化法生产三氯氢硅的工艺和流程,并对市场前景进行了分析。指出我国应加强对三氯氢硅生产技术的研究及下游产业链的开发,缩小与国外先进水平的差距并形成良好的产业循环。
The production principle of trichlorosilane and mechanism of catalytic reaction were introduced. The process and flow of path of trichlorosilane with boiling-chlorination method were introduced in detail, and the market prospect was analyzed. The study on production technology of trichlorosilane should be strengthened, and downstream industrial chains should be developed. The differences with advanced level were shorted and formed better industry chain.
