摘要
在对比分析纳米二氧化钛的各种制备方法优缺点的基础上,介绍了在半工业化生产中采用化学沉淀法制备锐钛型和金红石型纳米二氧化钛的生产工艺和流程。工艺流程简短,工艺条件温和,易于大工业化生产。此外,还对该工艺在半工业化生产中水洗、真空干燥、煅烧、粉碎等流程中实际操作遇到的问题进行了讨论和分析,并针对存在的问题提出解决方案,以期为该工艺应用于大工业化生产时提供参考。
On the basis of contrastive analysis on advantages and disadvantages of preparation methods of nano-sized TiO2,a semi-scale production technology and flows of anatase type nano-sized TiO2 and rutile type nano-sized TiO2 by chemical precipitation method were introduced.This techonology was easy to realize industrial production because of its short process flow and mild conditions.In addition,practical problems in semi-sacle production processes,such as washing,va-cuum drying,calcination,and grinding,were discussed and analyzed.Solutions had also been proposed for those problems in the hope of providing reference for its industrialization.
