摘要
对曼海姆法硫酸钾生产工艺及设备进行研究,设计制造了高效节能新型反应炉,研制了耐高温、耐高浓强酸腐蚀的材料和解决了连续化生产问题,使曼海姆法硫酸钾生产设备实现了国产化,介绍了所开发的生产装置的特点,并作了技术经济评估。
New energy economizing reactor with high efficiency has been designed and manufactured based on investigation of potassium sulfate production facility of Mannheim process. Meanwhile the continuous production and the manufacturing domestically of production facility based on Mannheim process can be inplemented, based on the materials that have resistance to corrosive high concentrated strong acids and high temperature. The features of this developed production facility are introduced in the article, and the techno economic evaluation has been made.
