硫酸钾是一种优质无氯钾肥,关系到我国农业安全发展战略。本文概述了硫酸钾的几种生产工艺,重点介绍曼海姆法硫酸钾生产工艺、反应原理、优缺点及曼海姆炉的结构特点,并分析了我国曼海姆法国产化技术进程及副产物的回收利用情况,最后展望了该工艺的发展前景。
Potassium sulfate was a kind of high - quality potash fertilizer without chloride, which related to the safety of Chinese agriculture development strategy. Several process methods and characteristics of potassium sulfate were summarized. Mannheim process for potassium sulfate production, operation principle, advantages and disadvantages and the structure of Mannheim oven were emphatically introduced. The progress of technique - homemade and the recycling condition of by - product were analyzed. Finally, the developmental of the process was prospected.
