摘要
现代大学生应当做好职业生涯规划。在进行职业生涯规划时,应当正确进行自我分析、职业分析,确立明确的职业理想和职业目标、掌握基本的理论知识、培养职业所需要的各种能力。同时应当考虑社会需求和所学专业,兼顾自己的个人兴趣和能力。
Modern university students should make their good plans on occupational career .They should make full preparations for all kinds of abilities based on correct self analysis ,occupational analysis, of establishment of clear occupational ideal and aim, grasping basic theoretical knowledge and training when making plans. Meanwhile, they should consider the social requirements and the speciality .they should also give consideration to their own interest and abilities.
