摘要
继"不婚族"、"闪婚族"、"恐婚族"之后,"急嫁族"群体渐趋庞大,成为当今社会的热点话题。当前高校新兴的"急嫁族"现象的背后,是女大学生职业生涯规划存在着问题。本文针对问题及成因,结合女大学生身心发展规律和成长成才实际,探讨女大学生职业生涯规划的有效途径。
"Eagerness-to-marry"is the current hotspot topics after "Unmarried family" , "Flash marriage family" and "Fear marriage family". Through analyzing of female undergraduate' s problems, reason, given the rules of female undergraduate's nature from the current universities phenomenon of "Eagerness-to-marry',we are trying to find out a best solution for an effective career program.
