摘要
随着就业形势的日益严峻,女大学生就业难问题已引起全社会的普遍关注。通过分析我国女大学生职业生涯规划的现状和问题,剖解其主要影响因素,进而针对制约职业生涯规划发展的诸多问题,从国家政策、社会制度以及女大学生自身的职业价值观等方面进行了积极地探讨。
With the increasingly serious situation of China＇s employment,the problem of female college students＇ job hunting has caught more social concerns.Through the analysis of status and problems,it elaborates the restraints and the significance of career planning for female college students.Strategies are proposed in terms of the nation,the society and the female college students themselves.
