摘要
专业人才培养方案是实施专业人才培养的整体蓝图,是专业建设的核心,是构建专业课程体系的依据。本文以高职软件技术专业为例,在研究与实践的基础上,从微观操作层面,阐述构建一个以职业分析为基础、典型工作任务为主导、理论实践相结合,以培养学生综合职业能力、创新能力、职业竞争力为核心,关注学生可持续性发展的可实施的人才培养方案的构建过程,并指出该构建过程中的关键点及应注意的问题。
Cultivating scheme is a blueprint for the implementation of professional cultivation. And it is a core for constructing a system based on professional courses. In this paper, Computer Software Technology professionals as an example, from the operation level, discusses how to constructing a cultivating scheme based on an analysis of a typical task-oriented, combining theory and practice to enhance students vocational ability, creative ability, professional competition, sustainable development. In the same time, the paper point outs the key points and should pay attention to the constructing course.
