摘要
智能钢筋焊网设备DDC(DirectDigitalControl)控制系统采用PLC技术实现了两级控制,工业控制计算机作为上位机是生产管理级,PLC作为DDC级直接面向生产过程。该控制系统控制性能良好,成本低,可运用于柔性制造系统,能大大提高设备的利用率。
The PLC technology was used in the DDC control system of intelligent net-welding machine, the system adopted two level control.The PC was the supervisor and the PLC as the DDC part faced to the process of production. The control system can be applied to the flexible manufacturing system with low costs but high utilization ratio.
