摘要
概述了传统设备管理理论及其管理信息系统（MIS）的发展与现状，在此基础上，提出了面向过程的设备管理理论，并对面向过程的设备管理信息系统的框架构建作出了一定的探讨和分析。
This paper briefly discusses the basic development and present situation of the theory of traditional facilities management and its management information system(MIS). On this, basis,it puts forward the theory of process-oriented facilities management,and analyses the structural construction ofprocess-oriented facilities management information system.
