摘要
穴盘育苗是现代设施农业的重要手段。针对目前已有的穴盘育苗播种机存在的效率低、劳动强度大等问题,设计出一种以可编程控制器为核心的自动穴盘育苗精量播种机控制系统。根据光电传感器探测的播种头的实时位置,系统控制步进电机和振动电机的工作状态和时间以及气泵电磁阀的开、闭状态,实现精量播种。播种试验表明:该系统工作性能稳定可靠,单籽率稳定在93%以上,满足农艺上对穴盘育苗精量播种的技术要求,提高了播种效率,节省了人力物力,提高了播种技术的现代化水平。
As an important means of seedling, tray seedling plays an important part in the modern facility agriculture. Considering the problem of low efficiency and high labor intensity to the exiting tray precision seeders, a control system for automatic tray precision seeder based on PLC was designed. The operative mode and time for stepper motor and vibration motor is controlled by the system; moreover, open or closed for electromagnetic valve on air pump is also controlled by the system. By which, precision seeding is realized. Seeding experiments show that the seeder works with consistently re- liable performance, and the single seed rate steady at more than 93%o, which meeting the requirements of the tray precision seeding technology on agri- culture. With this control system, the seeding efficiency is improved and resources is saved, and improving the modernization level of seeding technology.
