摘要
针对羊肚菌[Morchella esculenta(L.)Pers.]工厂化栽培发展趋势,设计了一种羊肚菌工厂化盆栽播种机。该播种机具有自动检测功能,能一次性完成装填基质、铺撒菌种、表面覆基以及补水等作业,适用于羊肚菌工厂化栽培的规模化生产。播种试验结果表明,该播种机操作简单,铺撒菌种均匀性好,生产效率高,出菇一致性好、产量高,作业质量符合农艺要求。
In view of the development trend of the industrialized cultivation of Morchella esculenta(L.)Pers.,a seeder for M.esculenta industrialized potted was designed.The seeder could automatic detection and complete the operations of substrates loading,strain spreading,surface substrates covering and water replenishment at one time.It was suitable for the large-scale production of the industrialized cultivation of M.esculenta.The test results show that the machine has the advantages of simple operation,good uniformity of spreading strains,high production efficiency,good consistency of production and high yield of M.esculenta,and the operation quality meets the agronomic requirements.
