摘要
MPS教学设备是培养模块生产制造业高技能人才的理想设备,通过对MPS中PLC的软件开发,使MPS各单元的功能更加强大;通过通信协议和软件设置使单元之间的通信能力增强,由现在的单向顺序通信实现双向环路通信,由孤立的MPS单体发展为广义的MPS群;同时又将组态监控技术引入到MPS教学设备中,增强了设备的智能化程度。
MPS teaching faeilities are ideal for cultivating high-skilled talents in the module manufacturing base. PLC software development makes each unit of MPS more powerful. The communication protocols and software settings can enhance communication capabilities between the cells, that is, from the current one-way communication to achieve a twoway communication loop, and from the isolated MPS monomer to generalized MPS group. At the same time,the configuaration monitoring technology was introduced into the MPS teaching equipment,which enhances the intelligence of the eqipment.
