摘要
本文分析了21世纪高校图书馆员继续教育的必要性和继续教育的特点。提出了馆员继续教育的专业知识、外语知识、专项技能、职业道德等教育的内容和形式。
This paper analyzes the the necessity and feature of continued education for the librarians in academic library in 21_(st) century and puts forward the content and the form of continued education in some aspects,such as professional knowledge,foreigh langunge,speail skill, professional ethics and etc.
