摘要
目前图书馆的馆员培训工作普遍存在缺乏培训计划、培训需求调查不足、培训内容随意、培训方法单一、不重视培训效果评估等问题。其根本原因在于图书馆没有意识到馆员对图书馆的重要性。人本管理下的馆员培训更注重馆员在培训中的主导地位、关注馆员的需求、重视馆员的职业生涯规划、关注馆员的成长和发展。
