摘要
培训效果评估指标体系是收集真实、可靠、准确的评估数据的标尺和重要工具。建立科学合理的培训效果评估指标体系,首先要以经过需求分析确定的培训目标为导向;其次要通过一套较为科学的程序及方法来构建。通过对评估指标体系8个步骤的描述,旨在为培训效果评估体系的构建提供思路。
This system is a scale and important tool to collect real, reliable and accurate assessing data. To establish scientific and reasonable training effect assessing target system, first, taking training target as an orientation which is determined by means of need and requirement analysis; second, construct through a set of scientific program and methods. Elaborated 8 steps of assessing target system for the purpose of providing ideas of this construction.
