摘要
随着高校图书馆逐步向现代化、信息化、电子化、网络化和数字化方向的发展和高校图书馆在高校乃至整个社会发展中的作用进一步提升,对高校图书馆员的综合素质提出了更高的要求。从适应高校图书馆发展的角度,分析了现代高校图书馆员应具备的综合素质,提出了提高高校图书馆员综合素质的具体措施和方法。
Along with the development of university library towards the modernization, informatization, computerization and networking,the functions of university library in the development of university even the whole society has been promoted ,which puts forward higher requirements for the comprehensive quality of the librarians. Starting from the angle of fitting in with the development of the library, this paper analyzes the comprehensive quality that the university librarians should possess, and puts forward some concrete ways for improving university librarians＇ comprehensive quality.
