图书馆工作人员是图书馆体现社会价值的主体力量, 在新形势下, 通过继续教育提高从业者的综合素质是一个十分可取的有效途径; 图书馆工作人员继续教育主要包括思想政治教育、职业道德教育、文化专业教育三个方面的内容。
Librarians are the major force to reflect the social value of library. Therefore, under this new situation, improving the overall qualities of librarian through continuing education is a very desirable and effective way. The continuing education for librarian includes ideological and political, occupation ethics and professional knowledge education.
