摘要
建立与培养“实力”馆员队伍非常重要,结合目前高校图书馆人员现状,提出了队伍建设的途径和措施。
It is very important to construct and cultivate clerk troop of strength of libraries. The paper puts forward some approaches and measures according to the present situation of clerk troop of libraries in colleges and universities.
