摘要
将粉末注射成形喂料在簿壁模腔中的流动视为层状二维流动,以喂料流动的守恒方程组为基础,建立描述粉末注射成形喂料充模流动的数学模型。推导了喂料熔体流导率的计算公式,得出压力场的控制方程是一非线性椭圆偏微分方程。使模型的计算成为可能,为进一步对粉末注射成形进行计算机模拟和数值分析奠定了数学基础。
Powder injection molding filling process analysis is based on two-dimensional layer flows assumptions for thin cavity filling under non-isothermal conditions. The mathematical model that describes the PIM filling process is created, and the formula for calculating the flow conductance is deduced. The pressure equation for the liquid phase is obtained as which is a no-linear elliptic partial differential equation. It makes it possible for the model solution and lays a mathematical foundation for further analysising the PIM moulding filling flow.
