摘要
以LF炉底吹氩气钢包为原始模型,选择Al2O3为夹杂物颗粒参照物,通过使用Fluent商业软件,进行合理假设后,建立离散相数学模型(DPM),研究不同夹杂物粒径为过程中的运动及去除情况。计算结果表明,钢包内夹杂物运动比较复杂,钢包各区域的夹杂物去除时间不同,双孔对称面附近的夹杂物较难去除,该处流场存在较大漩涡,漩涡内部的夹杂物运动呈"二维流动"。
The argon bottom blown ladle in a certain steel plant was taken as the original model to study the different dimension of inclnsions movement and removal rate using the discrete phase model (DPM) by FLUENT software. The injec- tion partide A1203 was assumed as the inclusion in the liquid steel The computational results showed that the indusions movement was complicated and the inclusion removal time changed with different region in the ]adle. It is dif[icult to remove the inclusions at the center plane between the two bottom plugs, where the large vortex existed and the inclusions motion dis- played as a two dimension flow pattern at the center of the vortex.
