摘要
设计一种流态化装粉靴,研究流态化技术在粉末装填中的应用。通过对粉末流态化前后安息角和填充密度的分析,得出流态化对于粉末流动性和填充特性的影响。
The application of fluidization technology to die filling in powder metallurgy is investigated by using a fluidized filling shoe developed for experiment. From the research of repose angle and filling density after powder fluidized, the influences of fluidization to powder flowability and die filling characteristics are described.
