摘要
结合两相流模型与粘度模型,建立喂料粘度与金属粉末与粘结剂分离的关系,并分析了喂料注射温度和注射速度及注射充填方式对两相分离的影响。结果表明:注射温度和注射速度通过影响喂料的综合流变学因子,进而影响金属粉末与粘结剂的分离。相对于注射速度,注射温度对金属粉末与粘结剂分离现象影响较大。喂料的注射成形充填过程以喷射流动方式进行。
The relationship between viscosity and powder-binder separation was established by combining with the two-phase model and feedstock viscosity model, and the effects of injection temperature, injection velocity and filling patterns on the two phase separation were analyzed. The results show that the powder-binder separation is influenced by injection velocity and injection temperature affecting the comprehensive theology fator of feedstock. The effect of injection temperature on the powder-binder separation is larger than that of injection velocity. The filling pattern in injection filling process is in the way of jet flow.
