硬质合金刀片注射成形模具的设计和应用

Design and Application of Injection Mold for Cemented Carbide Inserts

摘要 在分析硬质合金粉末喂料主要成份、物理特性以及数控刀片结构特点的基础上,针对一款2.0 mm刃宽的切断切槽数控刀片(产品型号:ZTBD02002-MG)设计了一套注射模具。该模具为一模四腔三板模结构,成形组件为具有可换性的镶嵌结构,加工精度按照精密压制模具加工精度要求控制。对注射成形工艺所生产的烧结坯进行检测,刀片在刃口质量和变形量方面控制均优于精密模压成形,产品微观组织分析结果显示表面密实度均匀性也要好于模压成形产品。通过产品的切削性能分析,试验结果显示注射成形工艺适用于硬质合金数控刀片的生产,且产品切削寿命和稳定性优于模压成形工艺。 Based on analyzing the ingredients and physical properties of the cemented carbide powder feedstock and the structure characteristics of the CNC inserts, a type of injection mold for a grooving insert with cutting edge width of 2.0 mm(product type ZTBD02002-MG) were designed. The injection mold has three plates structure with four cavities, the forming component has an interchangeable inlay structure, and its machining accuracy is the same as that of precision pressing mold.The detection of the sintered blank formed by injection molding process indicates that, the inserts are superior to that formed by precision mold pressing in the quality of cutting edge and the sintering deformation. The observation of the microstructure shows that, the distribution of the compaction degree on the surface of the inserts formed by injection molding is more uniform than that formed by precision mold pressing. The test on the cutting performance of the inserts show that, the injection molding process is suitable for the production of the cemented carbide CNC inserts, and the cutting life and stability of the inserts are better than that of the products made by mold pressing.
