摘要
粉末注射成形技术是一种近净成形技术,该工艺过程较长,每个环节都会对最终产品的尺寸精度产生影响,典型的粉末注射成形产品的尺寸精度仅为±0.3%,而传统的模压技术尺寸精度为±0.1%,针对这些情况,分析了影响粉末注射成形产品尺寸精度的各关键因素,并给出了计算其精度的数学模型。
Powder injection molding(PIM) is an advanced net-shape molding technology, the tolerance of typical PIM products is only ±0. 3% compared to that of the Powder Metallurgy (P/M) products, which is ±0. 1%, because the whole PIM process is much longer and ever-y process can influence the final tolerance. This article analyzes the primary factors influen-cing the PIM products and provides the mathematical model which can be used to estimate analytically the influence of important variables.
