摘要
建立高校教师教学质量保障体系,规范教师的教学行为是保障和提高教学质量的关键。要通过全面系统持续的教师教学评估和有力的奖惩,引导、调节教师的教学行为,并辅之以适当的思想教育,逐渐将外在的教学制度要求内化为教师的自身需要,将教学规范变为教师的教学行为习惯,最终实现教师教学行为由他律到自律的转变,使教师自觉地、主动地维护教学质量。
To set up the teaching quality ensurance system of college teachers, regulating teaching practice is the key to guarantee and improve the teaching quality. By continually adopting all-round systematic teaching evaluation, promoting rewards and punishment system, guiding and adjusting teaching activity among college teachers, with the proper political education as a complement, the external teaching system can be internalized into his own needs of the teacher, the teaching regulation can be changed into the individual teaching habits of the teacher, and eventually the teaching practice will make a shift from the compulsory process to the self-disciplinary process, so that teachers will preserve the teaching quality consciously and actively.
