摘要
本文提出了从加强对专职教师的培养与管理、加强对兼职教师的培养与管理、加强对教师职业道德的教育等三个方面加强师资队伍建设与管理,从源头上保证教学质量,提出了建立健全符合学校实际的教学质量保证与监控体系,阐述了大众化高等教育条件下科学的质量观,分析了教学质量保证与监控体系的构成和主要工作环节;并提出规范教学档案管理和加强教学与教学管理的研究。
The thesis puts forward strengthening the development and management of the faculty members by strengthening the training and management as well as the education of professional ethics of fulltime and part-time teachers to ensure the teaching quality at the root. The article also proposes establishing and perfecting guarantee and supervision system of teaching quality in accordance with the actual condition of the university. It elaborates scientific views on teaching quality of higher education that meets the need of the masses, analyses the composition and main links of guarantee and supervision system of teaching quality and raises standardizing g management of teaching archives and strengthening research on teaching and teaching management.
