摘要
目前,广播电视大学师资队伍建设普遍遇到了一些新情况、新问题,给队伍的发展既带来了机遇,又带来了挑战,需要用新的发展理念加以应对。要转变教师的传统教育观念,树立科学的人才观和以人为本的队伍发展观,强化开放式师资队伍培训和民主参与民主管理的理念,坚持教师职业专业化的队伍发展方向。
There have been some new circumstances and problems in the construction of teaching team in RTVU, which brings some new opportunities and challenges and needs to be dealt with a new conception. The article presents some new theory for the development of teaching team based on the development-oriented conceptions.
