摘要 目的 :探讨非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)中细胞周期调控因子p2 7kipl和CDK4的表达及其意义。方法 :采用免疫组化S P法检测63例NSCLC组织中p2 7kipl和CDK4的表达情况。结果 :63例NSCLC中p2 7kipl和CDK4阳性表达率分别是 5 4 0 % ( 3 4/63 )和 49 2 %( 3 1/63 ) ,与正常支气管黏膜相比差异均有统计学意义 ,P <0 0 5。淋巴结转移阳性组p2 7kipl的表达率为 3 8 5 % ( 15 /3 9) ,显著低于阴性组为 79 2 % ( 19/2 4) ,P <0 0 1。淋巴结转移阳性组CDK4的表达率为 71 8% ( 2 8/3 9) ,显著高于阴性组为 12 5 % ( 3 /2 4) ,P <0 0 1。p2 7kipl和CDK4的表达呈明显负相关 ,P <0 0 1。结论 :p2 7kipl的表达缺失和CDK4高表达与肺癌的侵袭和转移有密切关系 。 OBJECTIVE:To study the expressions of p27 kipland CDK4 in human non-small cell lung cancer.METHODS:The S-P immunohistochmical technique was used to detect the expressions of p27 kipl and CDK4 in 63 cases of human non-small cell lung cancer.RESULTS:The positive expressions of p27 kipl and CDK4 were 54.0%(34/63) and 49.2%(31/63) respectively.There was a significant difference between carcinoma and normal bronchial mucosa, P<0.05.There was difference for expressions of p27 kipl between positive group,38.%(15/39),and negative group,79.2%(19/24) of lymph node metastasis,P<0.05.A significant difference for overexpression of CDK 4 was found between poistive group,71.8% (28/39) and negative group,12.5% (3/24) of lymph node metastasis,P<0.01.A significant negative correlation between the under-expression of p27 kipl and over-expression of CDK4 was found.CONCLUSIONS:The loss of p27 kipl expression and CDK4 overexpression play an important role in the invasion and metastasis of lung cancer,and may be a useful prognostic index.
