研究了采用糯米汁、枸杞、红枣的汁液按一定比例混合,并找出其最佳原料配比和保持该保健饮品稳定性的最佳条件,最终制得营养丰富、风味浓郁适合当今饮食潮流的健康饮品。
A solution was extracted from fruit of Chinese wolfberry and Chinese date and fermented the glutinous rice.Production are gained from the mixture of theirs.Based on the optimum formulation and processing technology obtained,a function drink that is nutritional and healthy was made from the solution.
