摘要
通过单因素实验和正交实验研究了从干木瓜中提取总皂甙的提取工艺条件。结果表明,其提取最佳条件为:以40%乙醇为提取溶剂,温度50℃,PH值4,提取时间60分钟,固液比1:15。
From the experiments of odd factor and systematical linear tests,we have fixed the optimum extrating solvent and extracting condition for saponin from ,Chaenomeles lagenaria.The optimum extracting condition is 40% ethanol as extracting solvent,50℃,PH4,ration 1:15 ,extracting 60 min.
