摘要
"三位一体"调解体系,是新时期解决社会矛盾纠纷行之有效的方法和制度创新,对于国家治理体系和治理能力现代化至关重要。本文立足于对中国社会现实状况的分析,运用马克思主义基本原理和方法,对"三位一体"调解体系基本原理进行了解析,试图在理论界和实务界引起共鸣,以期共同推动平安与法治建设,实现中华民族百年梦想。
