摘要
伴随单位社会的解体和社区体制的形成,各种社会问题集中到了社区,社区成为各种利益、矛盾的交汇点。社会问题社区化的一个集中体现就是当前社区民间纠纷频发、纠纷主体多样化、程度不断升级,这迫切需要行之有效的调解机制来应对。社区民间纠纷调解体系主要包括人民调解、行政调解、司法调解三种形式,它们之间是相互独立又相互联系、相互融合的。
With the breaking down of the unit society and the appearance of the community system, nowadays neighborhood community has become the focus where various interests and social problems are confronting each other. The frequency of the civil disputes among neighbors, the diversity and the increasing upgrade of the disputes are the major problems that call for the urgent and effective mediating system to cope with. This system includes people mediation, administration mediation and judicatory mediation, and the three branches are self-dependent, but interrelated and interacted.
