摘要
为客观了解家庭环境、职业自我效能感与大学生学习倦怠的相互关系,对广东省5所高校大学生做了调查研究,结果表明:(1)职业自我效能感处于中等偏上水平,克服障碍效能最高,然后依次是信心程度、难度知觉和结果预期。(2)学习倦怠处于中等偏下水平,以情绪低沉最突出,其次是成就感低和行为回避。(3)家庭环境、职业自我效能感与学习倦怠存在显著关系,家庭环境是职业自我效能感和学习倦怠的有效预测变量,而后两者也互为有效的预测变量,存在显著负相关。本研究在理论上丰富了学习倦怠领域的研究,在实践上为学习倦怠的干预提供新的依据和启示。
In order to objectively understand the relationship of students’family environment,career self efficacy and learning slacking,a research of five colleges students in Guangdong Province showed that :1) Students’ career self-efficacy is at the mid to upper level while their overcomes obstacles efficiency is at the highest and it is followed by confidence degree,difficulty perceived and results expected;2) The learning level is in medium,the most prominent is dejection,followed by reduced personal accomplishment and behavior inadequacy;3) Family environment,career self-efficacy and learning slacking has significant mutual relations;family environment is a valid predictor of career self-efficacy and learning slacking,the latter two are mutually predictive variables and there is a significant negative correlation between them.This research enriches the study on learning slacking and provides a new basis and inspiration for learning slacking intervention in practice.
