高职护理专业学生职业自我效能感和社会支持的相关性研究 被引量:7

Relationship between career self-efficacy and perceived social support in higher vocational nursing students

摘要 目的调查高职护理专业学生职业自我效能感和领悟社会支持现状,并分析两者的关系。方法采用职业自我效能感问卷和领悟社会支持量表,对沈阳市某高校547名高职护理学生进行调查。结果高职护理专业学生职业自我效能总均分为(3.62±1.03)分,各因子中解决问题的能力条目均分最高,职业认知和职业选择最低;不同年级、专业选择意愿、兼职、参加或组织活动的学生职业自我效能感存在差异(P<0.05)。分层回归分析显示,领悟社会支持中的朋友支持和家庭支持能正向预测职业自我效能感,能独立解释9.6%的总变异。结论高职护理专业学生职业自我效能感处于中等偏上水平,领悟社会支持程度是影响职业自我效能感的重要因素。 Objective To investigate the level of career self-efficacy and perceived social support in higher vocational nursing students,and to analyze the relationship between them. Methods Totally 547 higher vocational nursing students were recruited from a College in Shenyang and were investigated using Career Self-efficacy Ques- tionnaire and Perceiving Social Support Scale. Results The average score of career self-efficacy among higher voca- tional nursing students was(3.62±1.03) points,and the factor of problem-solving got the highest score,while the factor of career recognition and career choice got the lowest score. Career self-efficacy showed differences among students in different grades,profession choice,part-time job,participate or organize school activities(P〈0.05). Hierarchical regression analysis showed that peer support and family support could positively predict the level of career self- efficacy,which could independently explain 9.6% of the total variance after controlling the influence of demographic variables. Conclusion The career self-efficacy is at moderate-to-high level in higher vocational nursing students. Perceived social support is an important influence factor of career self-efficacy.
