摘要
为了解大学生心理弹性、无聊状态与学习倦怠的现状,探讨前者对后两者的影响,选取广东省某高校61名大学生实施问卷调查与心理干预,结果显示:(1)样本的心理弹性水平比较高。心理弹性高分组的无聊状态、学习倦怠都小于低分组。(2)大学生样本的无聊状态、学习倦怠处于中等水平。无聊状态高分组的心理弹性小于低分组。(3)心理弹性与无聊状态、学习倦怠呈负相关,心理弹性能预测学习倦怠和无聊状态。(4)团体心理干预对心理弹性有显著提高,对无聊状态和学习倦怠有显著缓解。可见,心理弹性对调节大学生的无聊状态和学习倦怠有重要的作用。
To explore the influence of mental resilience on college students' boredom and learning burnout, a questionnaire survey and psychological intervention were conducted among 61 college students in a college in Guangdong provinee. Result shows that the level of resilience is on a relatively high level, that the state of boredom and learning burnout are on the middle level, that resilience is negatively related to boredom and learning burnout, and that group psychological intervention can improve resilience and reduce boredom and learning burnout. It could be concluded that mental resilience plays an important role in regulating college students' boredom and learning burnout.
