摘要
以环氧树脂和有机树脂为主体,通过化学方法使有机硅接枝到环氧树脂中,合成改性环氧树脂以提高其耐热老化性能。通过红外光谱分析、剪切强度测试等方法对改性后的胶粘剂的性能进行了研究。实验结果表明改性后的胶粘剂可以在140℃高温下使用。
With epoxy resin and silicone resin as the main component,graft the silicone onto the epoxy resin with the chemical method,and improve the heat resistance of epoxy resin.Make it works in the long-term and high-temperature environment.Study the properties of modified epoxy resin with the methods of infrared spectroscopy and mechanical testing. Experimental results show that it can work at 140℃temperature for long term.
