摘要
选用阳离子型乳化剂(CTAB)和非离子型乳化剂(AEO-9,AEO-3)进行复配,通过预乳液剪切技术,结合半连续乳液聚合工艺,制得透明、稳定、粒径分布窄、且粒径小于30nm的改性纳米氨基硅油乳液.实验发现,该乳液聚合的最佳条件为乳化剂用量为9%(质量分数);乳化剂m(CTAB)∶m(AEO)为1/3~2;AEO-9∶AEO-3为1∶1;预乳液剪切时间为15min.透射电镜测试表明,制得乳液的乳胶粒子呈规则的球形,分布均匀,与光散射粒径测试结果基本一致.所得乳液室温下储存6个月,乳液稳定性不变.应用测试结果表明,该纳米乳液对织物表现出良好的整理效果.
Nano amino-silicone emulsion is carried out through pre-emulsion cutting technology in a semi-continuous emulsion polymerization process,with cationic and non-ionic emulsifier as the complex emulsifier.The amino-silicone emulsion obtained is transparent and stable,and has a narrow particle size distribution with an average particle diameter less than 30nm.Optimized synthesis conditions from the experiment results are as follows: 9% for the emulsifier,a range between 1/3~2 for the ratio m(CTAB)∶m(AEO),an equal amount for AEO-9 and AEO-3,and 15min for cutting time.The SEM spectrometry analysis shows that the emulsion particle is of spherical shape and is distributed uniformly,consistent with the result from light scattering test.The amino-silicone emulsion remains stable in six months at room temperature.The resulting nano amino-silicone emulsion has good effect when applied to textile.
