摘要
利用八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)和N,β-乙氨基γ-丙胺基甲基二甲氧基硅烷为主要原料,通过开环缩聚合成了氨改性聚硅氧烷。用红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱、碳谱对其结构进行了表征确认,研究了其在PAN基碳纤维预氧化过程中的作用。结果表明:氨改性聚硅氧烷可以有效地减少PAN原丝在预氧化过程中的并丝现象和纤维与导辊之间的摩擦,从而有效抑制了纤维次生缺陷的产生。
Amino silicone oil used for pre-oxidation of PAN fiber was synthesized by octamethycyclotetrasiloxane (D4) and N,β-aminoethy-γ-aminopropylmethy dimethoxysilane through ring-opening polyme- rization. FTIR, ^1H NMR, and ^13C NMR were used for the structure characterization. The effect of the oil on the pre-oxidation process was studied. Results showed that amino silicone oil effectively prevented the cohering and surface friction of PAN fibers during pre-oxidation, thus, the defects on fiber surface were avoided.
