摘要
研究了碳纤维生产中两种油剂分别对聚丙烯腈原丝预氧化过程的影响。结果显示:在预氧化过程中,采用的两种油剂均具有良好的物理隔离作用,原丝单丝间均未出现粘连或并丝现象,原丝表面也未见磨损;氧含量、密度和相对环化率数据表明,在预氧化过程中,2#油剂包覆原丝的预氧化程度比1#油剂的高,这种现象在预氧化初期和终期尤为明显;最终碳纤维力学性能的明显差异,显示了油剂在预氧化过程中具有较高的热稳定性,这可能有利于提高碳纤维性能。
The effect of two kinds of finishes on the pre-oxidation process of polyacrylonitrile in carbon fiber production was followed. In the pre-oxidation process, the two finishes could prevent cohering and surface abrasion of fibers. The data of oxygen content, density and cyclization index drew from IR spectra revealed that 2#PAN had higher pre-oxidation extent than I#PAN, which was more obvious at the beginning and at the end of the pre-oxidation process. The data of mechanical properties of corresponding carbon fibers showed that the finish was well stable in the pre-oxidation process, which may be good for improving the mechanical properties of carbon fibers.
