摘要
采用单因素实验方法,以X射线光电子能谱(XPS)为检测手段,对不同固化工艺的木质碳纤维原丝表面元素种类和含量进行测定分析。结果表明:(1)固化后的木质碳纤维原丝表面C元素和O元素含量相对较高,N元素、S元素和Cl元素含量较少。(2)固化温度和时间均对原丝表面C元素和O元素含量影响明显;(3)N元素含量受时间和盐酸浓度的影响,Cl元素含量受时间和升温速度的影响,S元素含量则受固化条件的影响不明显。
The single factor test has been done under various curing conditions to investigate element content of the carbon fiber precursor prepared from liquefied wood, the measurement experiment of samples were determined and analysis by XPS. Results indicated that (1) The main elements of the precursor surface was C and O elements,a small amount of N elements and Cl,S elements. (2) The influence of curing temperature and time on the content of C and O elements was obvious. (3) N element content was influenced by time and concentration of hydrochloric acid,Cl element contentwas influenced by time and temperature,the influence of curing condition on S element was not obvious.
