摘要
从国外研究较多的共聚单体、聚丙烯腈原丝的改性、上油油剂等三个方面论述了提高聚丙烯腈基碳纤维性能的几种关键技术。聚丙烯腈原丝的热性能与共聚单体的种类和加入量有重要关系。共聚单体的加入促进纤维预氧化反应 ,使碳纤维性能和炭化收率都得到提高。各种各样的化学试剂用于改性聚丙烯腈原丝后 ,对改善最终碳纤维的结构和性能有重要的作用。油剂的使用对聚丙烯腈原丝的质量 ,如耐热性、亲水性、集束性。
This paper is mainly intended to concentrate on some key methods related to increasing the properties of PAN based carbon fibers which have not been intensively researched in our country such as comonomers, chemical modification of PAN precursors, finish. The varieties and inclusion content of cononomer play an important role in the thermal properties of polyacrylonitrile precursors whose stabilization can be promoted by the inclusion of comonomer which will increase the properties and conversion of resultant carbon fibers. The modification of polacrylonitrile precursors by the use of different chemicals has a great effect on the structure and properties of resulting carbon fibers and the finish used for polyacrylonitrile precursors also can increase the properties of fibers, such as thermal stabilization, hydrophilic property, etc.
