摘要
以聚酯多元醇、聚醚多元醇和MDI(4,4′-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯)等为主要原料,以炭黑为填料,制备了湿固化PUR(聚氨酯热熔胶),并对其耐老化性能等进行了探究。研究结果表明:当w(—NCO)=2.8%、w(炭黑)=1.5%(均相对于预聚体质量而言)时,制得的湿固化PUR具有相对较好的综合性能;其对PC(聚碳酸酯)基材的180°剥离强度为800 N/25 mm、剪切强度为7.02 MPa和断裂伸长率为800.5%,并且其耐水解性、耐热老化性能和耐湿老化性能(180°剥离强度为590 N/25 mm)俱佳。
The moisture-curing PUR (polyurethane hot melt adhesive) was prepared when polyester polyol, polyether polyol and M DI (4,4'-diphenyl methane diisocyanate) were used as main raw materials, carbon black was used as filler, and its aging-resistance was investigated. The research results showed that the moisture-curing PUR had the relatively better combination property when mass fractions of --NCO and carbon black were 2.8% and 1.5% respectively in prepolymer because the 180° peeling strength between PC (makrolon) substrate and PUR was 800 N/25 ram, shear strength and elongation at break were 7.02 MPa and 800.5% respectively, and the PUR had the good hydrolysis-resistance, heat aging-resistance and damp aging-resistance ( 180° peeling strength at 590 N/25 mm).
